Five Jobs which Granted Australia Permanent Residency Visas in 2017-2018

The total outcome for 2017-18 of the Permanent Migration Program was 162,417 visas. Professionals, Managers, and Technicians were on top major occupation groups accounted for 68.4% of the total of 2017-18 outcome of the Migration Program. Here is the list of top five occupations granted with skilled visas in 2017-18.

  1. Accountants – 3505
  2. Software Engineer – 3112
  3. Registered Nurses – 1561
  4. Developer Programmer – 1487
  5. Cook – 1257

A total of 35,528 visas granted to the Employer Sponsored Category within the Skill stream. Out of 35,528 visas, 29,307 were granted under the ENS – Employer Nomination Scheme, and 6,221 were issued under RSMS – Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.

More than 20.5% of the total outcome of the permanent residency program for 2017-18 came from India.

    Hello sir,
    I am a farmer, i want to get agriculture visa to Australia. I saw in internet Australia is going to launch new agriculture visa.
    Australia requires more farmers so,they want to introduce new visa.
    Sir ,please can you tell me when the new agricultural visa will introduce.
