Here is an important update from the Department of Jobs and Small Business regarding “Traffic Light Bulletin” on proposed changes to occupations list, as posted by the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). The information is about the proposed changes to the skilled visa occupations listed on the “Short-Term Skilled Occupation List STSOL,” “Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List MLTSSL,” and the “Regional Occupation List ROL.”
No permanent decisions have been made for the proposed changes. The traffic Light Bulletin is for consultation purpose only. The government of Australia has asked for the feedback ended 20th June 2018 regarding the proposals. The occupations that are not there in the bulletin have not been proposed for changes.

RED – Short Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) Occupations for Possible Removal
ORANGE – Medium Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) Occupations for Movement to STSOL
YELLOW – STSOL Occupations for Possible Movement to MLTSSL
PURPLE – Occupations for Possible Movement from STSOL to Regional Occupations List (ROL)
